Position Overview

1. Under direct supervision of Branch Management, recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
2. Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently processing transactions and fulfilling service requests.
4. Support the operational integrity of the branch.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in all customer channels, including digital technology.
6. Achieve individual and team goals.
7. Work across multiple branch locations as needed to support flexibility and mobility.

Compliance and Requirements

• Pass a credit check as per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
• Operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including BSA/AML and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive training to ensure success.
• Provide excellent customer service and build community relationships.
• Open new accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to promote financial wellness.
• Partner with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Support branch operations and proactively prospect at in-store locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales or service experience (required).
