Job Description

As a Private Client Banker, you are the main contact for affluent clients and other customers at the branch. You will manage their banking relationships proactively to grow their balances and acquire new clients through referrals and developing sources.

Job responsibilities

• Promote Chase Private Client services to eligible clients
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach, offering suitable products and services
• Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) for specialized needs
• Enhance client convenience by promoting self-service options
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven success in relationship management and client acquisition in banking or financial services
• 1+ year experience as a Branch Banking Banker or similar role with a record of revenue growth
• Regulatory exams (SIE, Series 6/7, 63/66, Life licenses) required within 180 days if not already obtained
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• College degree or military experience
• Experience with affluent clients
• Strong team orientation and commitment to long-term career growth
