Job summary

PinnBank is seeking a friendly Teller to provide quality service and build lasting customer relationships in our branch.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, cash transactions, and assist customers with safe deposit access while identifying opportunities to refer to specialist staff. You must balance drawers, process CTRs/SIRs, and support daily operations, including phone coverage as needed. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months teller experience required.
• Training courses or equivalent job experience per Teller Career Path guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions.
• Assist customers with safe deposit access and referrals.
• Balance teller drawer and complete end-of-shift wrap-up.
• Resolve customer inquiries about checking and savings accounts.
• Handle CTRs, SIRs, and other BSA reporting as needed.
• May perform account/card maintenance and answer phones.
