Job summary

Deerwood Bank is seeking a customer service–oriented individual for branch support and teller-like duties in Minnesota. You will assist customers, handle deposits, verify balances, and support daily branch operations with accuracy and integrity.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and attentiveness to loss prevention, fraud awareness, and adherence to policies. Prior cash handling and service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Exhibits excellent communication and numeric accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and staff with retail, operations and customer service support.
• Receive deposits and verify balances with proper identification.
• Maintain currency and coin supply per bank policy.
• Keep balancing records within set limits.
• Operate security equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and introduce new services per branch goals and regulations.
• Open/close the bank following security procedures.
