Job summary

First Western Bank & Trust is seeking a Teller for our Nisswa location. This full-time role offers a pay range of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with pay based on education, experience, and qualifications.

The position includes comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, HSA contributions, and PTO. The Teller will deliver prompt, courteous service, handle cash and banking transactions, and support sales and service objectives in a culture of customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, efficient service while handling customer banking matters.
• Perform teller opening and closing procedures to ensure stations are ready each day.
• Greet customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Identify customers per policy and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow balancing procedures.
• Handle a variety of banking tasks including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Assist customers with debit card and account maintenance.
