Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller opening and closing procedures to ready stations and access areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in person or by phone.
• Identify customers per bank policy and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Maintain cash drawer and balancing procedures.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and related banking matters.
• Assist with debit card maintenance and account changes such as name or address.
