The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of teller experience, solid numerical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to support customer needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Experience: minimum 1 year in teller role or similar.
• Strong math and data-entry aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer phones and provide account information.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and adhere to procedures.
• Assist with ATM deposits/settlements and Night Depository deposits.
• Participate in ongoing training and support Private Client Groups as needed.
