Job summary

The Teller will greet clients, answer questions, handle deposits/withdrawals, maintain cash drawers and ensure accurate balancing, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Prior teller experience preferred; high school diploma required; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong math and numerical accuracy for balancing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer phones and assist clients with inquiries.
• Provide account information and direct clients for further assistance.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Maintain an adequate cash supply and balance cash daily.
• Support ATM deposits and Night Depository processing as needed.
