Heritage Bank of Nevada, a Glacier Bank division, is hiring a Bank Teller in Reno. You will serve as the friendly face for customers, handle transactions, and answer questions while building trusting relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and excellent service within a collaborative team environment. We value six months of customer service exposure and cash handling ability, plus comfort with balancing tills and learning new products.

Qualifications

• Six months+ customer service and cash handling experience.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Eager to learn and grow in banking.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and payments with accuracy and efficiency and respond to account questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow security procedures.
• Assist with ATM and night deposit transactions.
• Participate in training opportunities and potential cross-training in new accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
