Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role (required)
• Experienced in cash handling (required)
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required)
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person at the branch.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Identify customer financial needs and refer to a Banker.
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures.
• Assist with using financial wellness tools for clients.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
