Notary License is preferred.

Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture in-person with clients and teammates.
Manages teller functions accurately in a branch setting.
Identifies and resolves client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
Listening for financial wellness opportunities and guiding clients to a Banker.
Assists clients in achieving financial goals using banking tools.
Keeps up with product guides, fees, and policies to stay current.
