Aufgaben

• Processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, and related banking transactions.
• Print statements and cash Savings Bonds; handle fraud disputes when needed.
• Select correct account types using Haberfeld brochure and operate branch equipment.
• Operate branch capture machine, currency counter, MICR printer, cash dispenser, and recycler.
• Access and utilize banking software: Silverlake, Vertex, NetTeller, Passport.
• Maintain logs, comply with regulations (D, DD, E, CC, OFAC, CIP, BSA), and verify customers.
• Knowledge of accounts, Online Banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit; verify identities.
• Read alerts and follow procedures; maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Support service quality, training, and participate in bank activities as required.
