Responsibilities

• Represent American Bank to customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process deposits/withdrawals accurately and promptly.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Receive checks and cash, verify amounts, and enter transactions in teller system.
• Cash checks and process loan payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell services.
