American Bank in Big Timber, Montana, is seeking a Teller to provide courteous, professional customer service at the lobby and drive‑up windows. You will handle deposits and withdrawals, perform accurate cash handling, and learn new banking systems while representing the bank with a positive attitude.

The role is full‑time, hourly, and non‑exempt, reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager. Benefits are offered and training is provided to ensure quality service and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Accurate mathematical arithmetic and ability to learn new technology systems.
• Ability to represent American Bank courteously and professionally.
• Ability to provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service at lobby and drive‑up stations.

Responsabilités

• Represent American Bank to customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions.
• Answer calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and verify deposits.
• Handle checks and cash with proper verification and entry in teller terminal.
• Promote bank services and cross‑sell products.
• Balance cash and negotiable items and ensure compliance training.
• Support night depository, ATM operations, and related tasks as needed.
