Stock Yards Bank & Trust is seeking a Service Associate I to join our Retail team in Norton Commons, Prospect, KY. The role involves handling face-to-face customer banking, processing transactions, and promoting bank products with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, prior cash handling and customer contact experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This position requires standing on the teller line and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and balance cash drawer.
• Cash checks and balance teller work through image capture.
• Consultative selling – engage customers and uncover needs to offer solutions.
• Assist with beginning, end of day and other operational duties as needed.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
