Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Teller to provide exceptional customer service across our Maryland-based Financial Centers. You will perform teller transactions, refer banking products, and help customers reach their financial goals while supporting operational needs.

The role requires compliance with banking regulations, risk management, and use of digital tools to assist customers. Travel between centers is required; schedules align with branch hours and Sundays are not worked.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize, demonstrate and follow-through on referral opportunities.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and Fulton policy and procedure to include operational, security and settlement procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
