Fulton Bank in Shaefferstown, PA is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate to provide outstanding teller service and refer banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Schedule is approximately 40 hours per week with no Sundays, based in our Financial Center in Shaefferstown. You will support branch operations, ensure compliance, and promote digital banking tools to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Referral of products and services at the Financial Center; foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policy; mitigate loss.
• Use digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
