Qualifications

• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Must be able to attend a 5–7 day initial training program; travel may be required; travel expenses are covered.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks) with accuracy and cash drawer balance.
• Engage customers to understand needs and refer to appropriate team members for solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with lobby management and direct inquiries to the right team member.
• Maintain security/compliance and protect customer information.
