First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller to provide quality service in a retail banking setting. You will handle routine financial transactions, promote bank products, and support accurate cash handling with strong adherence to security procedures.

On-site position located in Olive Branch, MS; requires at least a high school diploma and 4+ years of related experience. You will balance cash drawers, process deposits and transfers, and help ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service, cash handling, sales or teller experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer; ensure proper control and follow audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including processing of all entries.
• Assist in verification of deposits in night and lobby depository.
• Assist with dual control vault responsibilities.
• Stay informed of all operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.
• Promote bank products and services to further enhance client relationships.
• Comply with regulations, policies, risk management and ethics.
