Job summary

KeyBank in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional in-person service and assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs. You will welcome both new and existing clients and help transition them to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.

You will balance cash drawers, follow all compliance procedures, and stay informed on product guides and fees. Saturdays work is required as directed by management, with incentive compensation included as part of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience with cash handling is required.
• Basic PC skills with Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person at the branch.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and resolve servicing issues, escalating when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer and follow compliance, audit and security procedures.
• Support morning huddles, maintain product knowledge, and stay policy-compliant.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
