Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to bank locations if necessary.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of consumer banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault operations as needed.
• Build and deepen customer relationships by delivering friendly, accurate service.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations, including BSA.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, fees, and internal processes.
• Perform essential clerical tasks such as answering phones and handling basic office duties.
