Responsibilities

• Transaction processing of high-volume deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Cash drawer balancing and vault operations
• Relationship management and delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities for bank products.
• Compliance with bank policies and federal regulations (BSA) ensuring branch audit readiness.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank offerings, fees, and processes.
• Administrative support including phone handling, file maintenance, and basic clerical tasks.
