F&M Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our team at our West Side Office in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. As an FSR, you will be the face of the branch, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs while identifying solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. Whether you are new to banking or bringing prior experience, we will provide the training and support needed to build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Approximately 36–40 hours per week
• Starting pay generally ranges from $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Additional incentive opportunities available through customer referrals
