Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bank Teller role located in Rogersville, AL. The Bank Teller is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances, while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, verifying cash amounts, handling checks and negotiable instruments, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. The role also involves greeting customers, responding to inquiries, identifying customer needs, and referring products and services such as accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions. The Bank Teller works closely with branch team members to support branch goals, ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and deliver a professional, courteous banking experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Teller Operations and Deposits, including processing transactions accurately and following established bank procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong Cash Handling skills, including balancing drawers, verifying funds, and maintaining security and accuracy.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues, both in person and by phone.
