Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services industries.
• 4+ years experience in proven business development, including strategy.
• 4+ years proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines, store operations, and security.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide people management leadership by hiring, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance and compensation decisions.
• Manage a medium sized store and team (based on U.S. TD Bank store levelling criteria).
• Oversee a complex/denovo store and grow talent, develop skills to achieve goals and business results.
• Achieve store and individual performance metrics.
• Manage multiple store locations or diverse customer base as required.
• Lead, coach, and mentor store colleagues in service and sales strategies.
• Oversee store operations and ensure risk controls and compliance.
