Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Command Center Patrol in Saint Louis, MO to monitor and patrol a financial institution, deter unauthorized activity, and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first culture.

Minimum requirements include at least two years of security experience, comfort using a computer or tablet, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity per site policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
