Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of professional working experience, preferably in a Banking environment.
• Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of core banking system.
• Prior supervisory experience is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills; Verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly branch and/or individual scorecard goals.
• Prepare and review monthly Sales Associate scorecards with Branch Manager.
• Operate with accuracy using core banking systems and process transactions.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and adherence to standards.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products to recommend and refer services.
• Oversee scheduling and training of Sales Associate staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain vault cash and currency transactions within drawer limits.
• Accept deposits and process currency transactions and deposits.
• Process night depository, ATM, and mail deposits if applicable.
• Prepare currency transaction reports and logs per BSA, KYC, OFAC.
• Order and ship currency within branch cash limits.
• Compile monthly branch reports and assist with audits.
• Maintain security and inventory logs; ensure CTRs are completed.
• Open/close branch as needed and accommodate after-hours work.
