Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; Verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales Associate staff and schedule work hours to meet branch goals.
• Refer and sell Bank products and services; coach staff to refer and sell effectively.
• Contribute to monthly branch and individual scorecard goals.
• Work with Branch Manager to prepare and review monthly Sales Associate scorecards.
• Operate with accuracy and efficiency with core banking systems and processing transactions.
• Maintain excellent customer service by adhering to sales and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products to recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
