Qualifications

• Spanish or additional language skills a plus; familiarity with cash handling.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with core banking systems is a plus.
• Detail oriented, confidential, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Operate with accuracy on core banking systems and cash drawer.
• Balance cash daily and follow cash handling policies.
• Identify customers, verify documentation, and process transactions.
• Comply with all policies, security, and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Support branch goals through excellent customer service and referrals.
• Communicate bank products and services to clients and maintain relationships.
