Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Bank Protection Officer to maintain a visible presence at exterior locations of retail banking centers, deterring crime and ensuring safety. You will interact with bank customers and associates in a courteous manner while following post orders.

Responsibilities include security patrols, monitoring entrances, preparing incident reports, and assisting visitors. A high school diploma and at least one year of security experience are required; valid driver's license if

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of security, safety, and/or protective experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicle.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and deter misconduct.
• Sound alarms or alert authorities as required.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Provide emergency notifications per site orders.
• Support security post orders and recommend improvements.
