About this role
As the Strategy & Operations Manager for the Bank Partnerships team, you will play a critical role in shaping Chime's strategic and operational model with our bank partners. Your role will focus on primary areas - scaling operational excellence across our bank engagement model and supporting the development of bank partner strategy. The Banking Partnerships team is highly cross-functional, working with many of Chime's core teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Member Services to ensure streamlined execution of our strategic priorities.
This role requires robust skills in strategic planning, problem solving, organization, and clear communication. You should be self-directed, initiative-taking, detail-oriented, with deep relationship and management skills. The ability to work on multiple work streams simultaneously in a dynamic environment, experience in a partnership role, and proficiency in influencing cross-functional teams are essential. This position blends operational precision with strategic thinking, ideal for someone with a consultant mindset seeking to drive outcomes.
The base salary for this role ranges from $130,050 to $180,600, with eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits. The actual salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
