SouthState Bank is seeking a seasoned Consumer Bank Ops Innovation Program Manager to lead strategy, execution, and oversight of innovation initiatives across branch locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 15+ years applicable experience.
• 15+ years in front line banking operations experience, teller and new accounts processes, and related tech adoption.
• 5+ years project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SouthState cultural core values and leadership.
• Coordinate branch openings/closings/relocations with other lines of business.
• Manage policies, procedures and processes to be customer-centric and compliant.
• Lead a Branch Growth/Innovation Management Program across locations.
• Oversee application releases and IT coordination for Consumer Bank systems.
• Handle incident management and vendor relationships as needed.
