Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line resource for deposit operational issues.
• Operate equipment to receive and transfer funds.
• Process and distribute incoming transfers according to procedures.
• Balance deposit general ledger applications.
• Report back up withholdings as required.
• Handle levies, garnishments and bankruptcy requests including communication and reporting.
• Verify and remove deposit exceptions.
• Perform new account and file maintenance verification.
• Maintain detailed records of responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
