Location: Lone Tree branch

Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Understands the needs of BMO customers or prospects to provide sales and service in the best interests of the customer. Advises customers on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives. Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups. Supports sales and customer service activities to meet strategic customer experience and profitability goals in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies and processes.

Regulatory Note (U.S. Only): This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the S.A.F.E. Act. It requires federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, along with a criminal background review and credit history evaluation. Restrictions may apply regarding real estate agent capacity.

  • Monitors sales performance, analyzes data, and implements improvements.
  • Leads program and product implementation within the branch.
  • Coordinates sales and service initiatives and monitors service standards.
  • Provides technical training to staff and manages operational expenses.
  • Resolves complex customer issues and maintains confidentiality.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Works independently on complex tasks and may be assigned broader responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in branch operations, technology, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.

Salary: $56,000.00 - $104,000.00
