Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services with Bank Loan experience and familiarity with Wall Street Office (WSO). The role emphasizes teamwork, risk awareness, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; 1–3 years in financial services preferred.
• Experience with Bank Loan assets is required.
• Proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily record keeping for syndicated bank loans across client portfolios.
• Process new trades and settle trades on accounting records.
• Daily cash balance reconciliation.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity per policy.
• Support management in policy implementations and workflow improvements.
• Assist with training of new hires.
• Perform weekly reporting and ensure SOP adherence.
