Job summary

PayPal Bank seeks a Senior Manager, Bank FP&A in Utah to lead financial planning and analysis for the standalone bank entity. The role owns the financial forecast, annual plan, long-range plan, product profitability, net interest income forecasting, and management reporting while coordinating with Corporate FP&A and other key groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial guidance
• Oversee month-end close, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense reporting
• Drive process improvements and governance in a regulated banking environment
• Develop insights for senior leadership and support bank strategic planning
• Coordinate with corporate FP&A, treasury, controllership, risk, and other stakeholders
