Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, maintenance, handyman, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, maintenance practices, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bank facilities, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor painting.
• Monitor building conditions and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with seasonal projects like snow removal and landscaping.
