Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting knowledge or experience preferred.
• Two years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services experience preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger, subsidiary, and correspondent bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable transactions and related reporting.
• Maintain balanced financial records through analysis and documentation.
• Support cash management activities, official check settlements, and CDARS transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist accounting department.
