Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and day-to-day functionality of our banking locations. This hands‑on role focuses on keeping offices welcoming, efficient, and compliant with standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, plan space, ensure safety, and train staff. The position offers multi‑site responsibilities with collaboration across departments to support a secure and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred and/or 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all bank offices.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and services.
• Ensure all facilities meet safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and approve invoices related to facilities operations.
• Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Plan and manage office space to meet the needs of the organization.
• Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and new office setups.
• Maintain accurate records of facility layouts and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
• Work closely with other facility managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across offices.
• Collaborate with Retail Managers to understand and address their facility‑related needs and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with associates to ensure updates or changes.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging feedback and input from staff.
• Participates in internal/external training as appropriate.
• Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
• Adhere to Bank Security/compliance and policy guidelines.
