Job summary

Shaftesbury Next Steps in the UK is seeking a Bank Enabling Support Worker to provide support and encouragement, guided by the person-centred support plan.

You will maintain accurate records, may assist with personal care and medications, and may cover sleep-in shifts with an extra £60 per sleep-in.

About The Role

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

There will be the opportunity to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence.
