Affirm is reinventing credit with a remote-first approach, seeking a Bank Compliance Technology Analyst to advance BSA/AML programs through robust systems, rules, and workflows. You will partner across Compliance, Engineering, and Data to ensure scalable controls and audit readiness.
You will build monitoring rules, EDD workflows, and case-management improvements, translate requirements into technical specs, test changes, and deliver dashboards for leadership and regulators.

The Bank Compliance Technology Analyst supports the technical operation and continued development of the affirm bank compliance and BSA/AML programs. This role translates regulatory, policy, and operational requirements into effective systems, rules, workflows, reporting, and automated controls.
The analyst will partner closely with Bank Compliance, Financial Crimes Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders to ensure affirm bank’s compliance technology remains reliable, scalable, well-controlled, and audit-ready.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
