Affirm is reinventing credit with a remote-first model, seeking a Bank Compliance Technology Analyst to advance BSA/AML programs and related controls. The role partners with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver reliable, scalable, and auditable solutions.
You will design, test, and optimize rules, workflows, and dashboards, while documenting changes and ensuring governance and risk controls across the technology stack.

The Bank Compliance Technology Analyst supports the technical operation and continued development of the Affirm Bank Compliance and BSA/AML programs.
This role translates regulatory, policy, and operational requirements into effective systems, rules, workflows, reporting, and automated controls.
The analyst will partner closely with Bank Compliance, Financial Crimes Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders to ensure Affirm Bank’s compliance technology remains reliable, scalable, well-controlled, and audit-ready.
Base Pay Grade - K
Equity Grade - 6
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $145,000 - $205,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $128,000 - $188,000
