Job summary

PLA is seeking a skilled Saw Operator / Dismantler in Siloam Springs, AR to break down pallets and sort components. You will use high-powered bandsaws on a fast-paced line, determining reusable pieces while upholding strict quality standards.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will dismantle pallets, operate equipment with precision, inspect for safety, and maintain a clean, safe work area. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior saw operation experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of saw operation and safe use of industrial saws preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in wood.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle pallets using industrial bandsaws with precision.
• Operate production equipment with teamwork to ensure quality.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure safety and efficiency of equipment.
