Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift pallets weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction roles highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
