48forty Solutions in White, GA is seeking a Bandsaw Operator to set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation. Youll play a vital role in our pallet manufacturing process and contribute to a safe, efficient operation.

This hourly production position offers $14.00/hr – $25.00/hr with overtime as needed, plus benefits and opportunities for long-term career growth within a leading pallet management company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move pallets up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction-related fields is preferred.
• Fast, accurate work with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication with team and supervision.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
