48forty Solutions is seeking a Bandsaw Operator in Anderson, SC to set up and run power saws for slotting, cutting and trimming wood for pallets. The role offers hourly pay and a 6:00am–2:30pm shift Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing preferred.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must communicate effectively and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Refer to team leader and collaborate to meet production goals.
