Job summary

Charter Steel in Saukville, WI is hiring Day Shift Banding Operators. Two full-time positions available for 5am–5pm, 12-hour shifts, with a starting pay of $24.25 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will enter and monitor order data, identify coils with tags, operate coil handling equipment and a forklift, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to a culture of teamwork. Benefits include weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; GED Works program available.
• Fast learner with good hand skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production preferred.

Responsibilities
