You will follow safety guidelines, maintain accurate production and quality data, manage unit details and packing patterns, and work within a fast-paced, team-driven environment with physical demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred in corrugated industry.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong mathematical abilities for measurements and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bander and related equipment with proper setup and cleanup.
• Ensure proper placement of unit tags and cover sheets.
• Scan barcodes on units passing through bander.
• Maintain unit quality and correct stacking patterns.
• Submit production and quality reports accurately and timely.
• Adhere to production schedule and optimize it to meet cost, quality and service goals.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies; perform other duties as assigned.
