Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a production associate to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will operate banding equipment, secure corrugated products, inspect bundles, and help keep production moving while meeting quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must pass a drug screening after offer and are expected to contribute to safety and continuous

• Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You’ll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments and play an important role in meeting production goals and customer needs.

Starting Pay: $27.67-$29.01 per hour + Full Benefits + OT Pay!

Availability only on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
