Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. in Banbury production area seeks a full-time production worker. Starting wage is $23.85/hr. The environment is dirty, dusty, highly physical, and fast-paced.

You will operate production equipment, follow safety procedures, and lift up to 80 pounds. Pre-hire checks are required, and US work authorization is necessary. Evening/weekend premiums apply, and relocation sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-hire checks including a physical strength test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor visas.
• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness and concern for safety and maintain certifications for plant safety.
• Operate production equipment and adhere to quality procedures.
• Record and maintain production data per specifications.
• Identify and solve production problems to improve flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members in a small, focused work group environment.
• Learn and maintain multiple job certifications and perform a variety of tasks.
